WEP 960-VII™ Plastic Welding & Hot Stapler Repair Kit

The WEP 960-VII Plastic Welding Kit is a practical repair solution designed for fixing cracks and breaks in ABS plastic components. It is suitable for applications such as car bumpers, plastic fuel tanks, dashboards, and other automotive or household plastic parts.

This plastic welder uses heated metal staples to securely join cracked plastic sections. When the activation button is pressed, the staples heat rapidly and can be embedded directly into the damaged area to reinforce and reconnect broken pieces. Once the plastic cools and bonds, the excess staple can be trimmed away, completing the repair process efficiently.

The complete kit includes a 110V WEP 960-VII plastic welder, 350 hot staples, and a pair of cutters. The staples are organized by type to support different repair needs:

• 50 × outer corner crack staples

• 50 × inner corner crack staples

• 50 × small / straight crack staples

• 200 × large / curved crack staples

A built-in LED light provides focused illumination directly at the repair point, helping improve visibility when working in low-light environments.

Designed with an improved ergonomic grip, the welder offers a lighter feel and enhanced handling control. The activation trigger is optimized for easier operation, helping reduce hand strain and fatigue during extended repair tasks.

For safety, the plastic stapler includes overheating protection functions to help safeguard the user during operation. It is equipped with a US-specification power cord measuring 53.9 inches (137 cm).
